Flowers, Jewelry, Avon Mary Kay, Home Living, Painters, ect.
CountrySide Residents - $10.00 for a space at the Fall Fest
Non-CountrySide Residents - $15.00 for a space at the Fall Fest

***New this year*** Due to the growing popularity of this event & in order to help us keep costs down, WRISTBANDS will be required for every CountrySide resident in order to enjoy FREE food, FREE drink & FREE pumpkins from the Pumpkin Patch.

Please bring your 2014 amenities pass to this event to receive your resident wristband (OR bring an
acceptable government issued ID: driver’s license or passport indicating your CountrySide address. For children 2 & over, insurance card, medical bill, birth certificate or passport.)

Without resident ID, guest wristbands may be purchased for $5.00 per person.

Cascades Community Fall Festival October 18th

Merchandise Vendors - Registration is free . One reserved space per business vendor. Please note you are responsible for providing your own tables and chairs. No tables and chairs will be provided. You are allowed to bring your own tent, but tents larger than 10x10 are prohibited and will be asked to be removed. 

Food Vendors - Temporary Food Permits are required. Please note the Health Department will no longer accept temporary food applications that are submitted less than 10 days of the event date.  Please submit applications to
Cascades Community Association, 47620 Saulty Drive, Potomac Falls, VA 20165 or email to trang@cascadesva.com. 

Please note we accept one vendor per company on a first come first serve basis (i.e. Mary Kay, Creative Memories, Pampered Chef, etc.). Space is limited so submit your registration as soon as possible. 

Set-up begins at 10am Saturday, October 18th (rain date is October 25th). You must be available for both dates. You will be emailed a map and vendor list the week of the event, so please make sure to include your email address above. We will notify you by 2pm via email.  
The festival event includes a mechanical bull, carnival games, moon bounce, hay rides, obstacle course, pumpkin painting, face painting, balloonist, music and lots of food! Please tell your neighbor friends and family! Tickets for all rides and games are only $1! 

Registration deadline is October 10, 2014.

OFF TO A GREAT START WITH BRIAN BLUBAUGH AS NEW ALGONKIAN PRINCIPAL

Brian Blubaugh has been appointed as the new principal of Algonkian Elementary.Blubaugh has been the assistant principal at Potowmack Elementary since 2010. He has worked for Loudoun County Public Schools for 18 years, spending 14 years at Meadowland Elementary teaching second and fourth grade. Blubaugh has been a junior varsity basketball and track coach at Park View High School and head cross country coach, head track coach and assistant varsity basketball coach at Potomac Falls High School. He also was head basketball coach at Loudoun County High School.Blubaugh and his wife, Dawn, a math teacher at Stone Bridge High School, have four children.Blubaugh holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Bloomsburg University, a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in educational leadership and administration from George Mason University.His official appointment as Algonkian’s principal will occur on August 12th at the next regular School Board meeting.
